Please read carefully before booking:Deposit Required: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remainder is due in cash or approved digital payment at your appointment.Come Ready: All braid and install clients must arrive washed, blow dried, and ready to be serviced. Detangling, washing, or drying is not included unless selected as an add on.
Lash clients: Please arrive with no makeup, no oils, and clean lashes. Lash removal or cleansing is not included unless selected as an add on.No Extra Guests: Please arrive solo no extra guests or children unless being serviced.Grace Period: You have a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or incur a $500 late fee.Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No shows will forfeit the deposit and may be blocked from future bookings.Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without losing your deposit as long as it’s done 24+ hours in advance.By booking, you agree to all policies above.
